situation of constantine hospital

one of the most important places in constantine, is the university hospital of constantine. also one of the biggest hospitals in the east algerian.this hospital contains mostly all disciplines and also many patients,many doctors,and many nurses.
i visit this hospital every year,i go with my grandmother to visit her doctor and check her health...anyway what i saw there was something i can't even say how i felt, it was something terrible.
since two weeks i had an interview with a university student who studies the field of medicine but she is practicing her studies now in that hospital and i asked her some questions about that so that's what she said:
me: miss chahra what's your plans and hopes for the future?
chahra:i want to be a good doctor and famous.also i want to build my knowledge very well.and as the french quote say:good instruct for the best serve.
me: mmmmm lovely. and how they work there( mean doctors)?how they care?
chahra:bad,bad,bad
me:really
chahra: yes belive me,their training is zero is nothing,very bad. between 10 doctors you find only one doctor who's doing his work very well.
this is just a part from our conversation,it was very interesting.
so this is our sweet hospital in some lines, wishing for it the best with the new doctors as chahra and others who will take care very well.

l'un des lieux les plus importants à Constantine, est l'hôpital universitaire de Constantine. également l'un des plus grands hôpitaux de l'hôpital est algerian.ce la contient principalement toutes les disciplines et aussi de nombreux patients, de nombreux médecins, et de nombreuses infirmières.
Je visite cet hôpital chaque année, je vais avec ma grand-mère de rendre visite à son médecin et de vérifier son état de santé ... en tout cas ce que j'ai vu il ya quelque chose je ne peux même pas dire comment je me sentais, il a été quelque chose de terrible.
depuis deux semaines, j'ai eu une entrevue avec une étudiante à l'université qui étudie le domaine de la médecine, mais elle est pratique maintenant ses études dans cet hôpital et je lui ai demandé quelques questions à ce sujet afin que la ce qu'elle a dit:
moi: chahra manquer ce qui est des plans et vos espoirs pour l'avenir?
chahra: Je veux être un bon médecin et famous.also Je veux construire ma connaissance très bien.et comme la citation dis : bien s'instruire pour mieux servir.
moi: Mmmmm belle. et comment ils y travaillent (moyenne médecins)? comment ils soins?
chahra: mauvais, mauvais, mauvais
moi: vraiment
chahra: oui croyez-moi, leur formation est égale à zéro est rien, très mauvais. entre 10 médecins vous trouvez un médecin qui fait son travail très bien.
Il ne s'agit que d'une partie de notre conversation, il a été très intéressant.
donc c'est notre doux hôpital en quelques lignes, en souhaitant pour le mieux avec les nouveaux médecins en tant que chahra et d'autres qui se charge très bien.
