Japan’s Judge

This words came too few days after the letter which sent by the president to the judges on the eve the first national symposium for the reform of justice..

Hijacked my eyes a few years ago a news item that judges of Japan the next power in the world, they have cards authorizing them to withdraw any sum of money they want to get.that’s for protecting themselves from any needs,and also to not turn those needs to a weak point, which will become a wide place for bargaining,selling and buying , and who have the bribe after the state has acheived all his requests become a sick person who’s not fit to be in his position as a judge.

I found that this start makes the picture more closer, so there are many jobs aren’t less important of the judiciary in conducting the affairs of our creation associated with persons who didn’t fill up their eyes well or rather not fill up their pockets, and thus becomes their jobs to a focus of a management and social serious defect, or more precisely to a general administrative corruption…the results is that called Terrorism…

And we don’t need here to explore ; so that each post will go on people is a serious job, and it’s important to be a subject of monitoring and study, the function of the customs officers, and function of management inspectors, and function of supervisors of the projects and governmental transactions, and function of the guards of public and private funds, let’s say that every function has absolutely no enough salary, and does not meet the necessary needs, such jobs like this their owners become as an oktabutat,thier mission is bribery,facilitation, and breaking systems and destruction of the foundation of society and threaten its stability, so the whole country becomes in the case of weakness and a place of bargaining for external forces.

I know that it’s not reasonable to give them all (officers and workers) incomes exceed their peronal and scientific abilities due to the weakness of the human conscience. and all with this, the discussion and handling of administrative corruption requires standing at the junior posts and junior employees before anything else…because those are the excutives of all administratives and economics policies…so if you didn’ fill up their eyes (ofcourse not dust) there will not happen any administrative, economic , or even judiciary reform…and this is the dilemma that we face… and if anyone of us visited the prison will find that most of those are bribed from the lower classes,although his relating to levels of education and morality is related to the levels of needs…and these groups are the community base so much less its revenues,broken that the barrier of fear and dread…bribed and rigged and if jailed will go out for stealing and rigging…and the matter turns to a circle (needs, a bribe, a prison, and open pipes of criminal and ethical crimes)…

So we say : before organizing any other forum to combat transnational crime, we have to organize a forum to study and research the phenomen of transnational crime of departments and administrations…there is all the disasters and misfortunes…because the demands of life when can’t find a honest man,it won’t go on with him,it needs those who can bring it in line to how the one chooses according to its proximity to hardship or widing of the living life.
